Villa Lola is a charming 3 bedroom villa with a private pool, ideally located in Bidadari, in a residential area on the edge of the famous Seminyak area.

The villa is just a 5 minute walk from shops, cafés and restaurants, and approximately 500m from Sunset Point, where you will find a supermarket, various shops and plenty of restaurants.

On a 400 sqm plot of land, the villa features a beautiful tropical garden with a private pool. On one side of the 7m x 4m pool, two sun loungers are perfect for enjoying the sunshine. On the other side, a pleasant outdoor lounge area with a sofa and table is ideal for relaxing, reading or enjoying a drink at the end of the day.

The villa offers a beautiful, fully air-conditioned living room, comfortable and bright, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower and WC.

The living room features a kitchen with a convivial breakfast bar, which connects to a second kitchen opening onto the dining area. The kitchen area is fully equipped, including a hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.

The living room opens through a door onto an outdoor terrace furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

The dining area features large glass doors overlooking the pool and garden, offering a lovely view of the tropical vegetation.

A first air-conditioned bedroom is located on the ground floor. It features a double bed (160 x 200), a dressing area and a private bathroom. Its glass doors open directly onto the pool, surrounded by tropical vegetation.

A staircase leads to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Upstairs, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200). The first opens directly onto the terrace and connects to the second bedroom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Villa Lola perfectly combines Balinese charm with European comfort, in a peaceful setting while remaining close to the lively atmosphere, restaurants and shops of Seminyak.
