The three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on either side of the pool and have large glass doors opening onto the garden.

A spacious bedroom with a floating king-size bed shares a double-vanity bathroom with another bedroom featuring two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed.

The master bedroom, located on the other side of the pool, is equipped with a built-in king-size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a bathtub.

. VILLA CEMACASE: A two-bedroom villa with a living space of 130m² on a 285m² plot.

Its beautifully decorated living space features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a TV lounge, and a dining area that opens onto the large 80m² swimming pool.

Designed in a colonial style with white wooden ceilings and elegant furnishings, Villa Cemacase offers two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom.

Each air-conditioned bedroom features a queen-size bed and large glass doors leading to private terraces overlooking the large swimming pool with a river view.

Truly unique, this riverside villa stands out with its incredible design, where both bedrooms appear to be “floating” above the pool.
