On a 150 m² plot, Villa Athenis features a spacious, fully air-conditioned living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a comfortable sunken sofa with a TV and Netflix access, and a dining area.
This large living space is fitted with wide glass doors opening onto a terrazzo swimming pool of approximately 2 m × 5 m, bordered by poufs and a relaxation area.

A corridor with beautiful arches provides access to the two air-conditioned bedrooms:
The first bedroom is equipped with a 180 × 200 cm bed and features a Moroccan-style bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bedroom, also equipped with a 180 × 200 cm bed, is tastefully decorated in an oriental style. It includes a washbasin set under an arch, an open shower area on one side, and a separate toilet on the other.
Both bedrooms feature large glass doors opening onto the pool.

A staircase leads to a large terrace fitted with sun loungers on one side and a beautiful lounge area under a pergola on the other, ideal for enjoying a drink at sunset.

Thanks to its ideal location, within immediate proximity of all amenities while offering a calm and peaceful environment, this villa is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
