Villa Karnak is set on a 200 m² plot and features a spacious fully enclosed and air-conditioned living area. It includes a comfortable lounge with TV and Netflix, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar opening onto the dining space. A guest toilet is also available. Large bay windows offer beautiful views over the swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery.

The 6-meter swimming pool, nestled in a tropical setting, is lined with two sun loungers and beautiful arched windows overlooking the surrounding vegetation. A comfortable ventilated lounge area also overlooks the pool, making it the perfect place to relax.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed (160), a desk area, and share a bathroom with a shower.

An air-conditioned office with a sofa bed (140) can also be used as a third bedroom.

The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom, is the largest room in the villa. It features a king-size bed (200), a desk area, a TV with Netflix, and a large en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
