The 1st air-conditioned bedroom is located next to the living area, it is equipped with a Queen size bed and a large private bathroom with shower and bathtub. Its bay windows open onto a private furnished terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden.

A staircase leads to 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs:
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a King size bed and is communicating with the bedroom with 2 beds of 120.
The third bedroom also has a King size bed.
Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower while the 3rd has a bathtub and a shower.
These three rooms have bay windows opening onto a large terrace equipped with lounges and a pool table, it overlooks the large swimming pool.

In the garden, an air-conditioned bungalow houses the 5th bedroom with a Queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom.
