Built up on a plot of 450m2, the villa has a large living space housing a living area with Plasma satellite TV (international channels including TV5, the French channel), a fully equipped American kitchen and a dining area opens onto the garden and the swimming pool.

The oval pool measures 9m x 4m and is surrounded by tropical vegetation and deckchairs.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with queen size bed and private bathroom.
